This wonderful Westlake Village is estate sale was on Oakshore Dr. on the widest section of the channel. I had represented the owners when the bought the home some years ago. The happy buyer who was a friend of the family received the boat as part of the package. The Trust was delighted to sell the home to someone that made the escrow a breeze. It was sold over the asking price of $2.5 Million. Represented both buyer and seller. The home sold is in the middle of the photo below.
