I have always liked this Malibu Beach house on the upper Broad Beach bluff with beach access within steps from the front door. Originally built in the 80’s by a Malibu Real Estate agent and her husband for their on use, it was even then built with quality finishes. From the street level past the 3 car garage, you enter a lush landscaped inner courtyard with pool, spa, and a beautiful guest house with high ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. The main house opens to a bluff view south facing ocean view patio. Though the home is just over 3,300 sqft. the high ceilings make it feel grand. Beautiful interior finishes makes this a real deal!
