Notable home sales Malibu Century City

This week’s notable home sales  in Malibu and Century City  is home near Broad Beach with panoramic ocean views on a gated street of Victoria Point Rd. and a home on Comstock Ave in Century City near the Los Angeles Country Club.

The sale in Malibu originally listed in 2014 for $8,750,000 and was posted as in escrow at a list price of $5,900,000. the home has 3 bd. and 4 bath large picture window with a pool facing up the Coast. Built in 2004 this should be a super deal at the final reduced price.

The Comstock home sale, built originally in 1925 with 3 bd and 3 bath was bought in 2013 for just under $1.7 Million. It was then remodeled with a slight addition in sq ft. plus a pool and stylish interior upgrades it posted as sold for $3,117,000. Comstock is near the Los Angeles Country Club

This is the new Malibu Zuma Bay Villas update for May 2015. Zuma Bay Villas in Malibu is one of the most desirable 24h guard gated communities above Zuma Beach in Malibu with outstanding white water views and beautiful sunsets. Additionally the complex has steps down to Westward Beach where the Sunset Restaurant is located. Also included in the amenities is a salt water pool, a spa, and a tennis court. The HOA dues are around $1000 There has been no sales recorded for this years though there had been several last year. The listings range from 1.1 Million for none perimeter units as the one with the light blue color on Las Olas Way to 2.8 Million on the bluff. The leases range from $4000 to $6200 and the higher one being a furnished property with a lease term usually under 1 year.
