Malibu beach front sales in the first 4 months in 2015 have ranged between $10,383,000 and $2,055,000. A total of 6 sales were published in the MLS. The high sale, located at 23560 Malibu Colony Rd. was within the Malibu Colony gates commonly known as number 66. It was a modern house on 3 levels measuring around 3800 square feet with 5 bedroom and 5.5 baths. The home had been on the market, on and off, since September of 2011 and started out with a listing price of $16,000,000.

Another beach sale, up the road from Malibu Colony and toward the end of Malibu Rd.,was a 4 unit building that had not been on the market for over 30 years. It sold for $5,600,000. On the market for 6 months. It had been originally listed at $6,850,000.

25006 Malibu Road sold for $7,700,000 and was completely remodeled in 2005 by one of the local builder. It was a small compound with an inner courtyard and had a guest unit at the garage level. The house itself had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 2,520 square feet was the published size of the home. The sale in 2006 was actually much higher and closed at $9,300,000. The actor Dennis Weaver owned the house in the early 90’s and then it had a Hawaiian flair.
