This auction site for Malibu Properties is easy to register for. I was looking for a property for a client, and while searching, I came upon this website. Auction.com is a site where you can actually bid online for some properties or go to the address posted on the site where the auction will take place. Here is a link to a property posting in the Point Dume Club.
Unless properties are owned by the lender and are offered for sale after the foreclosure, you will have to have cash or a cashier’s check. On this particular unit the HOA fees are over $2300 a month equivalent to property taxes on a $2 Million property. When owning a mobile home you generally do not pay property taxes so fees go to the park owners for maintenance, security services, water, sewer etc.
